Viettel e-voucher sẽ không được thay thế / hoàn tiền nếu bị mất, bị mất cắp hoặc hết hạn sử dụng. Viettel không chịu trách nhiệm đối với e-voucher Viettel đã được đổi hoặc sử dụng sai mục đích của bất kỳ ai không phải là người nhận. Voucher điện tử Viettel không được cấp lại / gia hạn sau khi hết hạn sử dụng. Viettel e-voucher không được dùng để mua các voucher Viettel khác. E-voucher Viettel chỉ được sử dụng một lần. Viettel e-voucher không được sử dụng lại, không thể hủy hoặc hoàn tiền.
Viettel e-voucher is not a cash voucher. Viettel e-voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit. Viettel e-voucher will not be replaced/refunded if lost, stolen or expired. Viettel is not responsible for Viettel e-vouchers that have been changed or misused by anyone other than the recipient. Viettel e-vouchers are not re-issued/renewable after the expiry date. Viettel e-voucher cannot be used to buy other Viettel vouchers. E-voucher Viettel can only be used once. Viettel e-voucher cannot be used again, cannot be canceled or refunded.
