How to redeem Your Qanz e-Code:
1. The Qanz e-Code cannot be used for purchases or redeemed for cash.
2. Exchange the Qanz e-Code for a physical Qanz Gift Card at the cash desk before it expires.
3. Present the e-Code, Claim Code, and Serial Number at any AZADEA store. The cashier will
validate it and give you a loaded Qanz Gift Card ready for use.
4. The e-Code is for one-time use only and cannot be reused, exchanged, extended, or refunded.

2. The e-Code can be exchanged for a physical Qanz Card at any AZADEA store listed on
www.qanzcard.com (excluding F&B brands).
3. The physical Qanz Card is valid for 2 years and can be used at any AZADEA store
4. For full terms and conditions, a list of stores, and eligible brands in your country, visit
